...remember that there is no other way nor means whereby man can be saved, only through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, who shall come; yea, remember that he cometh to redeem the world.It just doesn't get any more clear and to the point than that. I am so thankful for a loving Father in Heaven who knew we would need the atonement and who was willing to let it happen. I'm so thankful for my Savior who came to redeem, not just the world, but me, personally.

Mormons are Christians
If there is ever any question as to whether or not we believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior, let us refer to the Book of Mormon, Helaman chapter 5, verse 9. In it we read,

Amen. I love the Lord with all my heart. I know that He is my redeemer. I know that He loves me. I know that He is the head of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I know that by living His gospel I can be worthy of His love and atonement for me. Someday I will be able to meet Him and thank Him personally. I love that He made it possible for my family to be a forever family with Him.
